Abstract

It has been found that wine producers in Tarija do not have records or data on the contaminants present in the water used to produce their products, nor on the level of pollution in these waters when they are discharged into natural watercourses. This information was gathered through interviews with the National Association of Viticultural Industries (ANIV) and the National Viticultural Center (CENAVIT).
