Abstract

The Bolivian textile sector contributes 1.3% to GDP and employs 167,500 people (IBCE, 2021). Garment production represents 60% of national manufacturing output, showing increased production and exports since 2021. This growth highlights the potential of micro and small garment enterprises (MyPEs) seeking to optimize processes for enhanced market competitiveness.
