Abstract

Induction is a crucial process that provides necessary information for effective integration of new workers into a company. This study analyzes a supermarket company dedicated to mass product sales, which faces performance and motivation problems due to its rapid growth. This has resulted in low productivity, increased errors, and higher resignation rates.
