Although 95% affirm that there is a need to create specific instruments in cases of negligence in laboratories, none reported any error in their service that ended in a complaint before the public prosecutor. Although there is a need to create specific audit instruments in case of negligence for the biochemical sector, it is first necessary that laboratories have Quality Management. Regarding the criminal nature and ITS sanctions, the administrators of justice indicate that the cases are few or almost null in relation to allegations of negligence by medical sector.
