EXPANDING TRANSDISCIPLINARY SCIENCE IN BOLIVIA

Abstract

Science is gaining ground globally as a means to address complex environmental problems. Funding schemes require academic and research institutions to adapt to current challenges by developing transdisciplinary approaches. This presentation aims to open a dialogue on the state of transdisciplinary science development in Bolivia and the challenges to gaining access to available funding for environmental change research.
