Abstract

Tourism in Bolivia is a key industry, contributing 4.2% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and generating more than 400 thousand jobs. The city of La Paz stands out as a relevant tourist destination, with 70% of the jobs in this sector occupied by women. This study seeks to analyze the current situation of female human capital in travel and tourism companies in La Paz, especially in terms of job satisfaction and working conditions.
