Abstract

Leukemia is an oncohematological disease that originates from a genetic alteration of the lymphoid line of the hematopoietic tissue, or of the myeloid line. Depending on the stage at which this clonal proliferation occurs, the different phenotypes of leukemia originate, which are related to the clinical manifestations and the response to treatment.
