Abstract

 The incidence of sexual assaults facilitated by the use of drugs experienced an indisputable rise. The drug most frequently associated with the sexual assault is ethanol, but other substances, also called “club drugs” because of its popularity these premises and on Rave (festive concentration fans of house music or techno, electronic which usually takes place without authorization in an abandoned building or outdoors that lasts all night), they can be administered to victims inadvertently. The effect sought is incapacitate victims and prevent resist during sexual abuse or other crime.These drugs can also cause amnesia, making the victim not be clear that the crime was committed (whether there has been any) and you can identify the perpetrator.

This paper presents a literature review of all drugs used to commit crimes such as sexual abuse took place, is to expandthe outlook of these drugs for professionals in the health area to be more responsible when prescribing and research part of these events know more of these drugs as generic and trade names and avoid crimes.
