Abstract

We present a case of cecal primary tumor, in young people, with undefined clinical data and different benign initial diagnosis, showing after all intestinal obstruction due to high mural infiltration of ileum, with great parietal desmoplastic reaction and wall thickening. Corrobarating the rare frecuency of this type of tumor in world literature.
