HABILIDADES BLANDAS EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA CARRERA DE ADMINISTRACION DE EMPRESAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD MAYOR, REAL Y PONTIFICA SAN FRANCISCO XAVIER DE CHUQUISACA

Abstract

At present, what companies are looking for are highly qualified professionals, not only in academic or technical skills, but also in Soft Skills, being that today they are a success factor in the working life of every worker, since organizations require workers who adapt to changes and who respond effectively and efficiently to the uncertainty of the external environment.

Therefore, the present investigation analyzes how developed the Soft Skills are that the students of the Business Administration Career of the Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontifica San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca have, Soft Skills are the ones that will be most in demand within the labor market, both in the City of Sucre, and throughout the country. That is why the research analyzes which are the Skills that most need to be developed and which are those that have an adequate development within the students of the Business Administration Career, as well as which are the Subjects of the Study Plan of the Career in which a greater development of these Skills is provided and an analysis of which are the activities that are carried out during the years of study in which the Skills of the students are better strengthened. What has allowed to determine if the students of the Business Administration Career have the necessary skills to enter the labor market.
