Abstract

The case of a patient of 14 years, with unclear background, treated in the past two years
due to respiratory infections, cultivation and search for BK in sputum is negative, is
transferred to our hospital with hemoptysis occurs. Reevaluated considering chronic
clinical and imaging studies it was decided to perform bronchoscopy findings that clarified
the etiology and make history directed against a background that the patient did not
remember in the past and was warned by the parents of the child, the intake foreign body;
I finally made the diagnosis was decided to conduct surgical with favorable evolution.
