PRESENTATION OF A CASE

Abstract

The digital fibrokeratoma acquired described by Bart in 1968,is a benign tumor, uncommon ofconnective fibrous tissue, with unknown etiology, more frequent in adults, with preferential localization in fingers of the hands and feet, with diverse clinical aspect,The treatment is surgical.

Case report: patient male, 7 years old, who goes to the doctor because of high tumor keratotic in palm of left hand of 4 years of evolution. No personal history or heredofamilial of importance. Excisional biopsy was performed and pathology reported findings consistent with fibrokeratoma
