Abstract

Unfortunately abandoned children and teenagers are not only the ones who live in the streets, but also the ones that have a home and go to schools, which situation is a result of insensitivity and selfish lack of concern of whom say to be in charge of their care, but think that their children are only a motive of vanity and that they are in the house for their parents’ service, not as worthy human beings of a solid future.

Currently, neglected childhood and adolescence is one of the worst and evident social problems. Today, there are more children who grow up only withone parent or with a new family, step parents or step siblings. The number of abandoned children is increasing due to the immaturity and irresponsibility of the supposed responsible parents.

Also, it is important to take into consideration the neglect in all its ways, as a precursor in the formation of individuals, who by their psychological disruptions, they lean to certain deviations that in time can affect negatively for the society development.

This research, through the data basis collected made from a psychological interview guide and a Deep analysis of the results, shows the existence of different types of disruption to a behavior and psychological levels as a result of the observed children and teenagers neglected, confirming the proposed hypothesis.
