Abstract

Theophidian accidents are those that occur from snake bites, these accident sare very common in our country, especially the valley area and the tropics, if not treated with antivenom administration presents the most feared severe complications and failure is expected Renal Acute and reaching deep into Intensive Care. The case of a male patient of 25 years old coming from the municipality of San Lucas, accident suffered by snake bites rural area coming to our hospital to the emergency department 14 hours after the bite, presenting coagulopathy is presented, altered consciousness and acute renal failure so was admitted to ICU and treated with hemodialysis.
