Abstract

The present case is about a patient who cursed whit a pregnancy tendering a fundic subserose myoma uterine previus, whom was realized a myomectomy by convencional laparatomy at 24th weeks of pregnancy previus compensation and preparation for that intervention,the myoma had a weight of 3.2 kilogrames, the patient was still continued with a favourable recovery post operatory.

The pregancy continued without complications until the 37 weeks,to carry out a segmentary transperitoneal caesarean obteining a healthy newborn baby, the quirurgic post partum period early and late and were normal ,both mother and child had a hospital dismissal in optimal conditions.
