Seven months old baby, who since her firsts days presented picture of breathing infection and pneumonia several times. Whose diagnosis was congenital right diaphragmatic hernia. Presents: hollow excaved abdomen, insuflated thorax minimized cardiac noises, decrease of breathing noises on rigth lung, hydroaerial noises at thorax on the same side thorax X rays.
Finding during cirugy: Viscera ascension to thorax liver cavity rising colon transverse and terminal right kidney with mending through abdominal access, wich did not require thoracic drainage. These cases of late presentation oscillate among 5 and 25% and associate to a better forcast.
