Abstract

This observational retrospective study’s how’s that the most common diseases founding the ”San Francisco Xavier” University Hospital in the period July 2008 to June 2010. The most prevalent pathologies with facial trauma were followed by maxillo facial infections, oral surgery, ATM disorders, dento facial deformities and maxillo facial tumors. These results coincide with the global statistics revealing the importance of Maxillo facial Surgery Service at hospitals in second and third level.
