Abstract

 Tumor phyllode during pregnancy is a very rare neoplasm fibroepithelial, is presented as a tumor of variable size, firm, well-circumscribed, Mobile consistency without suspicious axillary lymph nodes. It can occur at any age and there are no reliable clinical features to predict their behavior. Several parameters should be evaluated, including the stromal cellularity, atypia, mitosis, excessive growth stromal infiltration edges and presence or absence of necrosis, thus always histological diagnosis. The treatment of choice is surgery with resection margins of 2 cm, as they tend to local recurrence. If a pregnant 39 weeks, which has a huge tumor in the right breast, phyllodes tumor pathologic examination report is presented.
