Entrepreneurship as an option for students graduating from the Business Administration program at the Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca is a goal set within the core of this academic unit, since it is characterized by its efforts to generate business ideas for several years.
In this sense, it has had concrete actions, such as the Inter-Faculty Entrepreneurship Fair with a broader scope in terms of inclusion, even of other educational institutions. Also, the short courses and workshops it offers annually, are usually related to soft skills and entrepreneurship topics.
The document presented uses the model of the theory of planned behavior proposed by Ajzen in 1991 as the main axis of the research, in order to be able to determine the behavior of the fourth-year students of the program and also identify the variables that stimulate this entrepreneurial intention. In this way, the main motivational factors for the option to start a business, as a way to generate their own business units, can be identified
