About the Journal

TAKAY. Bolivian Journal for Development (eISSN = In process) is a biannual and open-access scientific journal created in 2018 and published by the Saint Francis Xavier University of Chuquisaca (Bolivia). The articles are preferably published in Spanish, although papers are also accepted in English and Portuguese, and in any of the original languages of Bolivia, especially in Aymara, Quechua, and Guaraní. In the case of sending the scientific article in any of the original languages of America, it must also be submitted in Spanish, English or Portuguese and, where appropriate; the publication will be bilingual.

The mission of the journal is to select, publish and disseminate quality scientific works in open access to benefit the international scientific community and especially the Bolivian authors.

The magazine is not responsible for the opinions expressed by the authors in their collaborations, who make them under their exclusive responsibility.

The author or owner of the rights of the work authorizes free access to use, distribute, copy and transmit the work publicly in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to due attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make a small number of printed copies for personal use.

TAKAY Revista Boliviana para el Desarrollo does not charge any amount of money for the publication of scientific articles and all works are reviewed with antiplagiarism programs before publication.

All works published in TAKAY. Bolivian Journal for Development presents the CC BY-SA 4.0 Creative Commons License. As a result, you can copy and distribute the works as long as the source is cited.

SHIPPING OF ORIGINALS

The editors of TAKAY. Revista Boliviana para el Desarrollo will examine all the articles that are sent to it for publication in the magazine. The works must be original and have not been submitted for publication in any other media or have been previously published. The originals will be submitted to the criteria of anonymous external evaluators (Double Blind Peer Review). The editorial decision will be communicated to the authors exclusively by email, indicating the reasons for the acceptance, revision or rejection of the manuscript.
