STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTING DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, THE DIGITAL SIGNATURE AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO ACHIEVE A ZERO-PAPER ENVIRONMENT IN THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS SCIENCES OF THE SAN FRANCISCO XAVIER UNIVERSITY OF CHUQUISACA

Abstract

This research proposes a comprehensive strategy to implement disruptive technologies, specifically the digital signature, in order to achieve a fully digital work environ- ment in the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca. The study focuses on analyzing the benefits of this technolo- gy in terms of efficiency, cost reduction and environmen- tal sustainability. Through a positivist methodological paradigm, descriptive documentary and bibliographic analysis to evaluate the current situation of the faculty, identify the needs and design an implementation plan based on experiences from other institutions in Bolivia. The results obtained will allow the development of an implementation strategy for digital document manage- ment that adapts to the particularities of the university and contributes to improving its internal and external processes.
