Even though some States have alternatively carried out and carry out so-called left-wing political processes, with names such as 21st century socialism or community socialism, among others, the capitalist world configuration does not allow the development of these alternative national projects, since the controlled capitalist world system by the central countries, and their open intention to control the planet's natural resources, with the aim of perpetuating their hegemony, mark a scenario in which alternative analyzes open a glimmer of hope towards the construction of a new political order, the which allows the construction of societies with stability and social justice.
