Abstract

This article addresses the meaning that women’s organization takes on around the craft of sewing beyond the logic of labor organization. Through the experience of the women who make up the Arte Mujer Bartolina Workshop in the city of Sucre, we approach understanding the authenticity of the organizational experience beyond the instrumental horizon with which it was created, with its certainties and conflicts, and how this space is articulated at this moment within the everyday struggles undertaken by women in Bolivia.
